Planning in a Teacher's Planner
For this school year I got an Erin Condren Teacher Planner and I was so excited. Once I got it I quickly realized I had no idea how I was going to plan in my new planner. I had to completely forget about even trying to planner decorate until I could figure out how to plan. The following are my teaching stats you need to know to understand how I use my planner.
High School Teacher
6 classes of one prep (one type of class, Health)
Two conference periods
Sponsor of a club
Teach on an A Day/B Day block schedule
After I figured out how to plan my days I began experimenting with washi and then it was time to take on STICKERS! Which stickers did I have to use first? Of course Pop Fizz Paper
The first thing I need to do is block off the days under each section. I plan one side of my planner with my A day classes and the other side with my B day classes. So the first thing to do was to figure out how I was going to block out the days I did not need. I chose to re purpose the washi strips and the decor to use as block outs.

I used the checklist flags for all of my actual classes so I can make my lesson plans in a bullet point format. I then used the small checklist flags to mark the club I sponsor and my to do lists for club activities.
Overall the pop fizz paper stickers are amazing for this planner because I have so many options on how I need to plan depending on my lesson plans for the week. One of my favorite stickers to use are the 3 heart check boxes I wish I had more of those. I could use those all over the place in this planner
This is the thing I love about Pop Fizz Paper stickers they can be used with any planner and you don’t even need a planner of a specific size to use them because they look great in EVERY planner. If you want the stickers to fit perfect in the boxes they won’t do that because my stickers are made for the ECLP vertical but that does not matter because they look great. I think the sizing is pretty darn close and with the colors already on the page of the ECTP the stickers go great with it.
I plan to use Pop Fizz Paper stickers and Washi for almost every week in my ECTP!
Do you use a teacher planner? Have you tried Pop Fizz in it? Do it! It will make your lessons much more fun.
