POCKET LETTER // Wild by Cheryl Strayed Inspired
Today I'm sharing a process video for a literature themed pocket letter! One of my favorite books is Wild by Cheryl Strayed and I love hiking, so it was the perfect inspiration for today's project.
To get started, I cut down papers to fit the two 3x4 pockets and one 4x6 pocket. I added layers of washi tape and stickers to each card. I used Tombow adhesives throughout.
For the large card, I added alphas and labels to recreate a quote from the book. I bumped up the backpack diecut using some Tombow Foam Tape for dimension and interest. Lastly, I lettered on a small journal spot with the Tombow Fudenosuke Calligraphy Pen and will write my friend's name underneath.
To see how this project comes together, watch the video below! :)
