Camera Flipbook
Hello Hello Everyone! It’s Juanita and I have a fun first time project to share with you today. I have been bitten by the flipbook bug and oh buddies do I love it! I was so excited to make a flipbook and August’s Planner Kit was a great kit for inspiration. Not only were there so many ADORABLE papers, cards and washi but also we all received the brand new permanent adhesive from Tombow! And boy, did it come in handy!
I was so entirely inspired by the camera theme of this kit that I made my flipbook look like one of the cameras designed for the kit!
Now, this is my first flipbook so please be gentle… but I think it turned out pretty good. I went with a file folder design and really had a blast decking it out with all the goodies we got in our planner kits. For a full tutorial, process and walkthrough of my first flipbook feel free to watch the video below.
But here are some highlights of my favorite elements.
First, I adore these quote cards I made using the cards from the add on kit. Can you guess which on is my favorite?
Second, I really loved the cut out cameras and made a little pocket for them to hangout in. Don’t they look so happy bursting out of that pocket?
Third, I LOVED this pocket I made using the sticky notes! Plus, the permanent adhesive runner from Tombow really lives up to its name. This pocket is going nowhere! It’s all ready for washi samples, die cuts or tags and I have no worries that it’s going to fall off.
And lastly, I included a photography challenge that I found on Pinterest. It went so well with the theme and it made it possible for me to use more cutouts from the kit!
And there you have it! Please feel free to watch the video if you want to see a proper walkthrough and see how I made this flipbook but at the end of the day, I see a lot more flipbooks in my future!
Happy Crafting!
