Colouring stickers in your planner

The rage these days seems to be Art Therapy coloring. There are shelves in bookstores and whole tables full of these. There are even planners out from Hallmark that are designed to give you the ability to color and do art therapy! The great thing about this is that Pop Fizz Paper makes stickers for art therapy needs.
When I first saw these stickers I knew I needed to order them because coloring has always been therapeutic to me. I had to figure out how to use them in my planner. My first thought was to use them as deco in my spreads but that would mean I would need more time to plan. I would need time to color them to match the spread and that just seemed to take away from the relaxing nature of the coloring.
As I continued to ponder how I would use them I realized that I need to take a few minutes everyday to relax that is something I do not do enough. These stickers would give me the perfect opportunity. I began using them in the bottom area of my Erin Condren Life Planner one for each day.
There are three different designs currently the mandalas, candy pieces and summer themed ones. I alternated them and put one for each day.
It does not take long and you can use them however you want and I colored using Crayola colored pencils. The paper is beautiful and Crayolas worked beautifully. I could even blend the way I usually do in my art therapy books. It was a great retreat just for a few minutes to relax my brain. If you have seen these stickers you should try them out give yourself a coloring break everyday! I can’t wait to add them to my spread in my personal planner so that I can color there too!
Now I just need more designs of stickers for my planner art therapy needs.
