Planning with Road Travel stickers!

Today I wanted to share how I use one of my favorite releases from PopFizzPaper- the Road Travel stickers! I don’t know what it is about road stickers and washi but I have always loved them. Maybe it’s because living in a rural area means I do a lot of driving. If I want to go further than the diner or the grocery store I have to plan on being in the car for a while. The Road Travel stickers from PopFizzPaper are perfect for blocking off time in my planner or just symbolizing activities that involve a car.

Sorry I don’t have a pretty “Before” picture with a full sheet of these stickers- I use them too often for that! ;)
One way I love using the road stickers are to block off time that I’ll be running errands- especially ones that are a little farther from my home.

If the amount of time I’m going to be driving is longer than the span of one sticker they are easy to combine! This is helpful when we are going on a road trip!

The road stickers can be used vertically or horizontally and are perfectly sized for the Erin Condren and Happy Planner. I layered a grocery cart with the road sticker in my Happy Planner because a trip to Costco where I live is 2 hours’ roundtrip and I like the visual reminder that I need to plan on travel time.

When I’m using my Erin Condren Hourly I have found that a horizontal road sticker is the perfect way to block out an hour of time. It leaves just enough room for an icon and some writing if necessary. Then if I’m driving somewhere closer or doing something that doesn’t last quite as long I’ll just cut down the sticker to fit the time.

I hope this gave you some good ideas for how to utilize this sticker in your own planner! What ways do you mark off travel time in your planner? I’d love to hear your ideas in the comments below!
