When you blog for multiple sites and podcast for multiple shows sometimes it gets overwhelming trying to make sure that you are building your communities. I have noticed that I lack in making sure that I am posting on all our social medias and interacting with our listeners and readers. No one really makes a social media tracker so I decided to make my own. I started with a version that had all social medias on one sheet and I realized that was not how I wanted to track. I wanted to see one social media at a time.
My first social media to tackle was twitter because all of my podcasts have a twitter account. I had to also figure out orientation and I decided that landscape would be best I could get most of the month on one side. The idea would be to have a sheet for each social media with space for each podcast and website for me to just go through and check off the days I post.
I then of course had to figure out what other social medias I would want to track and I decided that I would just track one other which would be instagram. These are the two I use the most and that I build my community on the most.
I used a grid insert so that I could color in grid squares when I post and paired with pop fizz paper skinny labels it makes for a perfect tracker!
Materials:
Making this tracker was fun now the trick will be to remember to use it! How do you track what you post to social media?

So I am currently in the process of updating and modifying my personal website for my Tarot business and I thought "I bet the blog would love to see how I project plan"! So here is the way I project plan for big projects, my set up for specifically the readings I'm hoping to offer. I use stickers and washi to keep me involved and interested as planning is not my strong suit.
I cannot stop with these rainbow basics sheets. They are always my go to for things like this, you could equally grab the pastel or the neutral, if that's your fancy. As for paper I'm just using the standard Kikki K. paper that comes in the Personal Planner.
I started out with using the page flag half boxes as each reading's header. They are perfect for this or even important information you absolutely cannot forget.
Next I skipped a few lines so I could write about the feel I was hoping to capture and such. Here I placed a normal header to mark out to do's for each reading type.
Every to do list needs checklist flags, I literally could not live without these. Underneath that I just had to use the glitter headers for a notes section so I could jot down important notes or note down what pages I need to look at in certain books.
I only needed one last thing on this page and that was to use these little dollar sign icons to make a section for pricing ideas. It took me only a few minutes to do this page, but it will make doing this drudgery task so much more fun.
I did this for several more pages so I could just sit down when I have a moment and write down what I needed to achieve for each reading before I launch my new business and website.
I hope this was useful and helpful to anyone trying to plan a project. If you use any of PopFizzPaper's stickers in project planning, I'd love to see. Tag me on Instagram @brooklynne_michelle or @popfizzpaper .

Today’s blog is all about using stickers on your hourly inserts for your personal planner(s). Personal planner inserts in my opinion are really small pages so you can’t write big or have too large of stickers on it because it’ll take up a vast majority of your space which will look cluttered. What allows me to be able to use stickers on such a small space is using mini stickers along with a few regular sized functional stickers. I don’t use full boxes and only half boxes when I have something important and I have the space for it. Using hourly inserts you have consider what will fit and what you need to use for that specific day because you're scheduling your day by the hour.
First, go through your collection and grab all your minis and functional stickers. I know I took out a lot of stickers in the above photo and I may not use them all but for me it’s convenient to have them all out anyways so I’m not having to go back and forth in my collection trying to find stickers. Now that you have your stickers all out it’s time for the FUN part … can you guess what that is? Decorating time!
Placement is key; it’s very important that you look you at your sheet and decided first what you’re doing for that day and grab those functional stickers first before anything else. So in my planner I like to have a horizontal “This Week” insert on my left side and my right side have my hourly sheet. You’re probably looking at my photo thinking “Girl, I thought this was a post about hourly planning.” It is … I promise! I do this for extra space and because I like to see what else I have going on during the week. Plus, my hourly sheet stops at 9:30 PM [like most do] which is early for me because I’m a night owl and I don’t go to sleep until really late in the AM so I need an extra sheet so I can write down what other things I have to do later in the evening. You can even place a lined paper or graph paper on the left side if you want or just have your hourly insert it’s totally up to you and your planning style.
On a typical work day my schedule may look something like the photo above. Early mornings for work I need a “wake me up” sticker so this PopFizzPaper “Treat Yourself” mug will always be the first sticker to start my day. Next to it I'll add what I'm doing while I'm having my morning drink. I use a header sticker to block out the times I’ll be working so in this example it’s from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm; yay for short days! If your schedule is longer stick another header right below the one you just laid down. I put my header to the far right because that day I have a meeting so I need the space to write in next to the time it’s happening. If there is no meeting or nothing else important that needs to be submitted or attended, I’ll then add the header down the middle. I continued plugging in more stickers next to the times that I need to do something until I got to the bottom. Check it out even label stickers fit on either column; awesome right! I love those labels with the boots on them to mark for when I go rock climbing or even just to take my dogs to the dog park. On the left side column on the top; I use stickers to remind me of things I NEED “To Do” like using the “Hair Appt” to remind me to make an appointment and on the bottom half I like to add a fun journal prompt question [in the middle] and try to find a sticker that matches my answer just for fun. As well as things that I NEED to do later that evening after 9:30 PM like using that dollar sign to remind me to pay a bill and that “change air filter”. On my horizontal “This Week” sheet I add whatever else doesn’t fit on my hourly sheet basically anything else after 9:30 PM that I want or need to do like using that bath tub sticker and TV sticker.
Now that I have all my stickers down I’m able to go in and write things down. The reason I don’t write things down before I place my stickers is in case I decided I need to swap a sticker around or I just change my mind and I don’t want a particular sticker it’s easier to remove a sticker and replace it with another one or remove it all together than it is to correct your writing mistakes. You don’t want a bunch of white-out on your paper, do you? I know I don’t. The above photo I placed all my stickers down and I filled it all in. I’m all done planning just need to stick these inserts back into my planner.
See you can do this too to your personal sized hourly inserts! So, get to planning and once you’re finished we want to see how cute your page came out so make sure you show us by tagging PopFizzPaper on Instagram and come post it on the PopFizzPaper Fans Facebook group so we can all heart it.

Hey Everyone! I’m so excited to be sharing with you a dashboard I created for my A5 size planner that functions as both decoration and storage but can be easily switched out whenever I want to change the color scheme! It’s basically like a making a mini pocket letter for yourself but instead of filling it with goodies to give away you can store supplies for on the go planning!
All you really need is a 9 pocket trading card sheet protector and some paper but decorating is the best part- so grab your embellishments too! Here is a look at what I pulled out for this project.
I have a process video below showing the project from start to finish but here’s a quick rundown:
Please check out my quick process video showing how I put this together!
If you aren’t looking to add more storage to your planner but like the idea of a pocket style dashboard I really like using this 4 pocket sleeve to display pocket letters from my pen pals. I slip in my 4 favorite cards they made and I can enjoy them until my next swap!
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. Thanks for stopping by!

Hey guys, Dani here! I've been using my personal planner a lot lately, so I knew I wanted to make some dividers using the floral papers in the May PopFizz Planner Kit. I make my dividers as low-tech as possible, usually not even laminating them. #aintgotnotimeforthat
Now, I know there are a million tutorials out there on how to make dividers and cut files and fancy machines and whatnot, this is just how I do it. I just use paper, scissors, a pencil, hole punch, and a set of template dividers (or old ones I have lying around).
I just grab a piece of the paper I want to use and trace around my template. I really like doing it this way because I can position the design of the paper exactly where I want it to be on the finished product. If you weren't picky about where the pattern ends up on your dividers (or if you have a uniformly patterned paper), you could get 3 dividers out of one piece of 8.5"x11" paper (the size that comes in our kit).
Then it's just the task of tracing and cutting out each divider with some old-school scissors. When they are all cut out, I line them up and use a binder clip to keep them all together. I also clip in the template, but you could just trace where the holes need to be. Time to punch!
All done! I varied the pattern of the dividers by changing up the placement of the template when I was tracing them out. I like how each one is different! At this point, you could laminate them, but since I change out my dividers pretty often and am gentle on them, I decided to leave them as-is.
Super pretty, right? And perfect for spring. How will you use the papers that came in your May Kit? I'd love to know, so leave us a comment down below!

If you're like me, you probably have some extra, left over full box stickers lying around that you don't know what do with but also don't want to throw away because they're really cute and you spent good money on them, dang it! Or you really want to add fun cards, pictures, etc to your planner but aren't sure how. I have a fun sticker hack to share with you today that solves both problems!
To get started, you will need the following supplies:
First, you will need to choose what you want to add to your planner and your full box sticker. I used a Project Life card and chose a full box sticker sized to fit the Happy Planner because that is the first planner I'm working with (I will give you tips for the Erin Condren and a ring bound in a minute).
Place a little bit of the long edge of the sticker down on the side of your card where you want it to clip into the rings. Flip the card over, and fold the sticker in half down on itself and a little bit onto the other side of the card. You want just the edges of the sticker to be on the card, with plenty of overhang in the form of a "tab".
Line up your ruler about halfway between the edge of the card and the edge of the tab, with the top of the tab at 0" and the bottom of the tab at 2.5" (the full length of the Happy Planner full box sticker). Make a mark at .75" and 1.75" with your pen.
Punch out where you marked on the tab using your hole punch. Then take your scissors and snip from the outside edge of the tab into the holes. Make sure to cut enough so as to leave a little gap (like the picture).
Gently center the gaps in your tab over the rings of your Happy Planner and gently press down. Now you have a DIY sticker coil clip! You can attach all sorts of things to your planner, from dashboards, journal cards, ticket stubs, invitations, photos, anything! And all with a simple sticker you probably have anyway. This is a great use for leftover full box stickers without letting them go to waste and a super cute way to personalize your planner. I mean, you could even match them to your spreads!
You can also do this for ring bound planners in exactly the same way, except you can use a dashboard or insert page as a guide to align your punch holes on the tab. Punch, then insert in your planner, like below!
This same DIY also works great for the Erin Condren coil bound planner with a few tweaks. Use the clip-in part of the ruler that came with your planner to mark where your holes need to go, then punch with a 1/8" hole punch. You will need to snip off the excess sticker at the top and bottom of your tab at an angle so the tab will move freely in your coils. And that's it!
To see a live walk-through of this DIY for all planners mentioned in this post, check out the video I made below.
