Inspiration
Hey everyone! As my last blog post for 2016, I wanted to share a quick hack by using a monthly kit in weekly personal sized inserts! This just goes to show how incredibly versatile these sticker kits are! Since I don't use the monthly view in my erin condren, I didn't want to let this gorgeous "perfect peony" January kit from PFP go to waste. So, I went ahead and altered some of the stickers to fit my SewMuchCrafting vertical week on two pages inserts.Â
The first thing I did was use the long thin glitter strips in the kit to add some pizazz on the edges of my inserts. They were a tad bit short since they're meant for the erin condren monthly header section, so i went ahead and added some of the deco on the bottom of each page to cover up the empty space.Â
Next up, for the side bar, I didn't do any trimming and just placed one of the check boxes, a header, and a deco sticker to make this chic to-do list!Â
Now, for the appointment labels, I had to do some trimming so that they would fit neatly inside the vertical boxes of the inserts. I just eye-balled this and trimmed the edges of all the appointment labels at once to save time.Â
And the rest of the stickers fit perfectly fine! The check boxes and washi strips were a tad wider, but I think they look pretty good, even without the trimming. Under Sunday, i used the large washi that is meant to cover up the days not a part of January in the monthly view, turned it, and stuck it in to indicate that I will be busy with an event all day.Â
I hope you all enjoyed this quick little planner hack! You can do this with leftover monthly kits or even purchase it just to be a little more creative with your weekly views! Wishing you all a BEAUTIFUL holiday season and start to the new year <3Â
Nordic Winter Plan With Me
Hey, everyone! Today I am here with a good ole plan with me using my Erin Condren Life Planner in vertical! My past several posts have all been me experimenting with other planners but recently, I've found myself falling back in love with this guy. This week, I used the Nordic Winter kit from PopFizzPaper and it's just so COZY- I love it!Â
This kit is so wintery and makes me want to snuggle in some PJs and drink hot cocoa! Here's how it turned out:Â
I hope you all love this kit as much as I do! If you want to see exactly how I got this spread you can watch the video here:Â
Have a wonderful start to the winter season, friends! <3Â

PWM in a Traveler's Notebook
Hey everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend! Today I'm going to show you guys how I planned my Thanksgiving week in my pocket traveler's notebook! That being said, I didn't use a traditional kit and went with the beauty babe kit from PopFizzPaper because seriously, it's just so glamorous!Â
I used these inserts from SewMuchCrafting which are in a vertical format. For the first half of my week, I used a schedule sticker for the side bar. Since there is limited space with these inserts, I only marked the super important to-do's and events of each day.Â
This part is my favorite! I LOVE how the weekend section turned out so so so much! I layered the weekend banner over two full boxes and topped it off with some gorgeous lashes on the deco sheet!Â
All in all, I love how this turned out! There are so many stickers in the kits and so it's super easy to make each kit work for planners other than the traditional ones. I also have a TON leftover to use in my Erin Condren.Â
Hope you guys liked this quick post on how I use my PFP sticker kits in my pocket TN!Â
Blackout Planning
Hey everyone! So today I wanted to share a new planning style I've been trying out! It's sort of a mix between "blackout planning" and bullet journaling. All you need is some plain black inserts for the personal ringbound size planners and a Sakura white gelly roll pen #08.Â
I'm also supplementing my spread with some stickers from PopFizzPaper. I especially LOVE the smaller icon stickers to use in my smaller planners suck as this one.Â
The first thing I did was lay down my date cover stickers. These are perfect because I don't have to worry about writing out the dates or days of the week with these guys. However, if you don't have them, you can always use cool handlettering to write out each day. I doodled some cute designs around each date sticker as well. I also used a TomBow dual brush pen to just lightly highlight the day of each week to add a light splash of color. Instead of using the Saturday and Sunday stickers, I combined the space and just used one "weekend" sticker.Â
Last but not least, I've gone ahead and filled out my spread with to-dos and events coming up! I really enjoyed using the fall bucket list stickers (finally getting around to doing some of these things). My favorite part of the spread, though, is the new doodle planner stickers! They add to the whole doodle element that I have going on in this spread.Â
Next, I just popped my inserts into my Filofax malden planner!Â
I hope you enjoyed this spread! I like trying out different things to keep things spicy and I definitely think blackout planning is a great way to be more creative about planning!Â

Halloween Plan With Me!
Hey everyone! I haven't planned in my vertical Erin Condren in quite some time so I thought I'd have a little fun with the Halloween Friends kit from PopFizzPaper! I seriously LOVE this kit because it's not scary but still has a Halloween-y vibe!Â
Here's the final look! Make sure to watch the plan with me!Â
I hope you enjoyed this little plan with me- I certainly enjoyed planning in my ECLP after so long!Â

DIY Traveler's Notebook Folder
Hey, everyone! I'm back with another traveler's notebook post! Can you tell I've been obsessed with mine?! Today, I'm going to show you how I made an adorable little folder for my pocket Chic Sparrow traveler's notebook! All you need is some GORGEOUS double- sided paper- I'm using this watercolor one from the PFP planner kit.Â
The first thing I did was fold my paper in half length-wise and then trim it to 8 inches. I then folded in the bottom part 2.5 inches so that the height of the folder is 5.5 inches.Â
To make it look a little more "folder-like" I cut out two triangles from the center to make it easier to pull things in and out.Â
Next up, I folded and trimmed the sides of each flap so that the width of the folder came out to 3.5 inches.Â
All that's left to do now is just tape or glue everything down and just neatening the edges.Â
Now, you can just pop that bad boy in your traveler's notebook and stuff it with whatever you wish!Â
Hope you guys enjoyed this post and if you want to see more traveler's notebook themed posts, let me know down below!Â

Easy DIY Traveler's Notebook Dashboard
Hey everyone! So pocket sized traveler's notebooks are all the rage right now and I want to show you how to jazz them up with custom dashboards you can make at home! The star of this show is pretty double- sided paper of your choice!Â
Additional things you need are a laminator, scissors and corner punch (optional).Â
The first step is to cut out two pieces from the paper that are 3.5 by 5.5 inches. I rounded the corners but you definitely don't have to! After you're happy with the papers, set them in the laminator sheets a little less than 1/2 an inch apart from each other like so:Â
Once you run it through the laminator, I quickly fold it halfway through while the lamination is still warm so that the plastic folds easily.Â
After cutting around the edges, you have your dashboard! Now, time to personalize this guy! I used these matching sticky notes from the PopFizzPaper planner kit!Â
I stuck the sticky notes on the first side and used a target dollar spot clear pocket for the other side to store some washi.Â
And there you have it! Here's the front of the dashboard- I love how simple, functional, and gorgeous it is all at the same time!Â
I hope you guys enjoyed this quick post on making dashboards for your traveler's notebooks! What inserts are you guys stuffing in your journals?Â

Using Flag Half Boxes to Take Notes
It's back to school season! It's such a bittersweet time of the year with summer ending and classes starting, but here's a way to look forward to it! I'm going to show you how I use PFP stickers to take notes while studying. Not only does it make my notes prettier to look at, but I find it to actually help me learn the material better as well! You also don't need a thousand stickers- think simple so that it's easy on your eyes and not too time consuming!Â
I take my study notes in my Chic Sparrow Odyssey traveler's notebook in the extra wide size. My inserts are the large Moleskine Cahier notebooks. I decided to use my pastel sticker collection from PFP (it's my fave!).Â
The first thing I do when I begin my notes is give my page a title. I like to use some pretty lettering to make it stand out at the top of the page. Once I have my title, I use one of these tab stickers on the edge of my page so that when I'm flipping through my notes, I can easily turn to this important topic.Â
The next thing I like to do is make a subheading. It's important to break down your ideas into smaller chunks so that your brain can easily process all of the information. I used a banner doodle to indicate my subheading (it doesn't have to be perfect). I used the halfboxes with flags to further break down the material.Â
In the spaces next to the halfboxes, I filled in small details of each pertaining topic using bullet points. I left some room on the bottom so that I could add to this topic once I attend the lecture. In this section, I can put in any notes that my professor highlights.Â
Â
I try not to overwhelm my pages with stickers because then it defeats the purpose of making my notes easy to read. Here's the final look:Â
I really hope you guys enjoyed these quick tips on sprucing up your notes! Best of luck on the new school year- you got this <3

DIY Birthday Card
Hey guys! It's Nawar back with another crafty post! This time, I'm showing you how I made this ridiculously SIMPLE birthday card using some of the elements of the PopFizzPaper Planner Kit and add- on kit.Â
The first thing I did was cut one of the double- sided papers to the size of card I wanted. This is completely up to you but I tried choosing a paper on which i would have room to stamp.Â
So, instead of using stamp pads with these adorable acrylic stamps from the PFP add- on kit, I decided to try something else. I used a TomBow dual ended maker to color in the stamp- it worked beautifully! Pssst.... I also didn't even use an acrylic block to mount the stamps... I just used my hands!Â
Next up, I decorated the inside- how you decorate this part is completely up to you! I used some glitter tape and a post- it from the kit to write my message on since the background of this paper would be too dark for my message to show otherwise.Â
And that's actually a wrap! Wasn't that super easy? I love making these quick cards because my friends and family are ALWAYS impressed but it doesn't take a lot of work so it's a win- win situation!Â
I hope you guys enjoyed this week's blog post and stay tuned for plenty more to come!

Horizontal Erin Condren Plan with Me
Hey everyone! I'm so thrilled to be showing you guys how I adapt weekly kits meant for the vertical planner to use in my horizontal erin condren! This week I'm using the "Sprinkle Joy" kit from PFP and it's SOOOOO darn cute!Â
To start, I used the longer bottom washi strip to cover up the "notes" box. The length is perfect to use here! I went ahead and also used a cute quote sticker from the kit to layer.Â
I also used the weekend banner along with some of the little flags and just rotated it to fit along both Saturday and Sunday.Â
I made my "today" section under the day of the week. Here, I used the hydrate stickers included in the kit along with meal icons layered on top of appointment labels. I love love love how this section of each day turned out!Â
Last, but not least, I went ahead and made a little "to do" section in the outlined boxes for each day. I used a half box checklist with some washi.Â
The middle space of each day is left for big events and other tasks that come up throughout the week. I have been in love with my horizontal planner lately and I really hope you enjoyed this quick post! It's super easy to make use of stickers meant for another planner in your own!Â
Until next time, happy planning! =)Â
